How we work
We believe that just because some children use wheelchairs, they should not be prevented from living life to the full.

Our expert therapy teams are determined that every wheelchair-using child receives advice and training, and with confidence will become an independent and fully mobile adult.

Being able to back-wheel balance is an essential skill to learn. When mastered, wheelchair-using children will have the confidence to cross roads safely, manage slopes, escalators and tackle stairs.

Families and friends are invited to join in, come to the training courses with their children to see for themselves what its like to be a wheelchair user, and to learn new skills and have fun by playing games.

If you are interested in seeing a schedule of activities and training on any of the courses please navigate to the Schedules page in the Get Training menu.
