DAME TANNI GREY THOMPSON COMES TO AWC COURSE

We were honoured to welcome Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson to our course in Bishop Auckland, county Durham in November. Dame Tanni came along with her daughter and husband and joined in with some of our wheelchair games as well as talking to the young people about her experiences as a paralympic athlete. The course was arranged by the Darlington paediatric physiotherapy team and is the second course we have run for them. We will be running another course in the area in 2008
